Manuscripts—hereafter also referred to as submissions, articles, or papers—represent substantial pieces of original academic writing that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the relevant field. For the DICCT-2026 conference, manuscripts will be accepted only in electronic format. Authors are required to submit their work exclusively through the Microsoft CMT online submission system, which serves as the official platform for managing all submissions, reviews, and communications related to the conference. Hard copy submissions or submissions sent via email will not be considered.

Submission Requirements

  • Authors are required to submit original, unpublished work that has not been submitted elsewhere.
  • The manuscript must be 4-6 pages long per IEEE Conference format. Manuscripts less than four or greater than six pages will be rejected without review. Please download the template from https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates
  • There is non tolerance policy for plagiarism. Plagiarism value must not be more than 10% of overall script. Matching from a particular source must not be more than 1%.   • References should be formatted according to the IEEE citation style.
  • Submit the manuscript in PDF format and the file must have all fonts embedded; use of fonts requiring non-English language support is not permitted.
  • Submitted documents should not be password-protected.
  • Manuscripts must not contain page numbers, headers, or footers.
  • The final decision on paper acceptance lies with the Conference Chair, based on recommendations from the Technical Program Committee and the evaluations provided by Reviewers.
  • Please note that short manuscripts or abstracts will not be considered for review or publication.
