The 3nd International Conference on “Device Intelligence, Computing and Communication Technologies” (DICCT-2025) aims to bring together intellectuals, leading scientists, research scholars, and students across the globe to exchange and share their research ideas in the fields of device intelligence, computing technologies, next generation communication and networking. The growing need to accommodate an exponentially increasing number of intelligent devices along with maintaining highly efficient communication system laid down the foundation behind the motivation for this conference. Although, a considerable research effort has been made by numerous young and experienced minds in these domains, but still there is much more waiting for the community to get benefitted.
Near the Himalayan foothills in the lap of Doon valley, Graphic Era (Deemed to be University) is the culmination of the vision of its founder, Prof (Dr.) Kamal Ghanshala, in the form of Graphic Era Institute (1996) which was accorded the status of Deemed University in 2008. Located near the cantonment area, in calm and picturesque surroundings, along Rajaji National Park, with a backdrop of Shivalik hills, the university offers an amicable atmosphere and ambience suited to academic pursuits. In 2015 Graphic Era University was accredited by NAAC with Grade ‘A’. In 2022 Graphic Era University is accredited with NAAC Grade ‘A+’. Rank 52 in the Engineering Category by MHRD, government of India in NIRF 2024. The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering came into existence in 2001 and is NBA accredited from Academic Year 2022 to 2025
